Deep down in our hearts and minds, we all already know what is bad and what is good for us. We have heard it all before at some point in our lives, but we don’t want to hear it, because ultimately it is hard work. It seems like it will be expensive and we love all the things that are bad for us, sweets, alcohol, junk food, cigarettes bread, meat, etc.
Occasionally we will tell ourselves one day we will address this…
Well if you are reading this I can only assume that your one day has come and gone and here we are on this day, possibly feeling it is already too late. But as all the evidence I have read suggests, it is still not too late, however you now have to be disciplined, dedicated and live or die by the choices that you will face.
I want you to believe in this, but you have to make your own research, I strongly recommend trying even for a week my mother's diet to see what it will do for you.
There are other facts that might lead you to the same conclusion as mine. It is by looking at nature and in particular wild animals.
If you know anyone who hunts they can confirm that wild animals never have cancer, they eat organically and eat the right mixture of vitamins and minerals. It is only domesticated animals that suffer from these human related diseases.
Most of the animals in zoos die of conditions like cancer, they are fed the same genetically modified foods that humans eat, they are also not fed the essential B-17 or grasses they would get in their natural diet. If you watch a monkey eating an apricot it will tear away and discard the flesh and crack open the shell to get the seed; instinctively it knows what it needs. In the Santiago zoo over the course of five years they lost five bears to cancer, something that never affects bears in the wild.
Another thing I noticed very recently and only connected the dots a few days ago discussing this with my wife, was when she became pregnant in early 2010, her eating habits changed dramatically. All the usual foods she would eat no longer appealed to her at all. Coincidentally she, in fact, adhered to a very similar diet to my mothers diet, although I wasn’t aware of the GM issue and didn’t know about the wonders of organic food. The doctor explained that this was her body ensuring she ate the right nutrients for the good of the baby.
I could go on and on and feel as though I have but there is so much information out there and I urge you to go and see for yourself.
It’s a bit like the movie “The Matrix” once you open the door and step through there is no going back!
